Exchanges/Returns: We ask that all the items be inspected when they are delivered and damages that are evident need to be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to made directly with our company within five business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession- therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use. All returns must be APPROVED! Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund or discount the product to your satisfaction. If an error was made on your part when ordering or you changed your mind on an item- you may return the product(s) at your expense and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the item. Any exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise. **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit! ****You are responsible for the entire cost of the return including but not limited to: original-bundled fulfillment costs, return shipping costs, and distributor restocking fees (up to 20%) on any returns. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount or charged directly.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:

Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Returns – If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 15 days of the date you received the product. For return instructions and additional details, contact us.
