Katherine Hernandez, known as "Kat" to her friends and colleagues, grew up on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country where she developed a passion for horseback riding at a young age. She was an avid equestrian and competed in rodeo competitions throughout her youth and teenage years. After graduating from high school, she attended Texas A&M University where she studied business and animal science.

After college, she took over her family's small tack and feed store, Hernandez Tack and Supply Co, with the goal of expanding it into a larger, more successful business. She worked hard to build the company, and over time, it grew to become what it is today, Texan Saddles. Her unique understanding of both business and equine industry helped her to build a strong reputation in the field, and it's still today recognized as one of the best companies on the market.

Despite her busy schedule running the business, Katherine is also heavily involved in her community and the equine industry. She is a board member of the local 4H chapter and frequently participates in fundraising events for the local rodeo association and therapeutic riding center. She is also an active member of several professional organizations in the western horse tack industry and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.

She is well-respected by her colleagues and employees for her strong work ethic and commitment to quality products and customer service. She is also known for her down-to-earth and friendly personality, which has helped her to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike. Her leadership helped to take Texan Saddles to a new level and made her an important figure in the industry.

Katherine is married with two children and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses and competing in rodeo events.

Emily Boivin

As the Marketing Director of Texan Saddles, Emily Boivin is an accomplished marketer with a strong background in the equine industry. Growing up on a ranch in Texas, she developed a love for horseback riding at a young age and became an avid equestrian.

She attended the University of Texas, where she studied Marketing and Communications. After graduation, she worked in different marketing roles before eventually landing a job at Texan Saddles. There, she quickly made a name for herself with her creative and effective marketing campaigns, and ability to connect with customers.

Emily is a dedicated professional with a passion for making it easy for people to purchase the horse supplies they need. She firmly believe that everyone should have access to high-quality, affordable horse tack and equipment, regardless of their level of experience or budget.

She is a board member of the Texas Equestrian Marketing Association and a regular speaker at industry conferences, where she shares her insights on how to make horseback riding accessible to more people. She is also active in her community, mentoring youth riders in the local 4H chapter and participating in local rodeo events.

In her role as Marketing Director, Emily is committed to making the purchasing process as simple and straightforward as possible, through user-friendly website, clear product information and easy ordering systems. In her free time she enjoys competing in local horse shows and spending time with friends and family.

Ava Thompson

Ava Thompson is a highly skilled sales professional with a passion for the equine industry. She grew up in a small town in Texas, where her family owned a stable, where she developed a love for horseback riding at a young age. After graduating high school, she attended Sul Ross State University, in the beautiful West Texas, where she studied Business Administration with a focus on marketing and sales.

After college, Ava began her career in sales, working for a number of different companies in the equine industry before joining Texan Saddles as the Sales Director. In this role, she's responsible for leading the sales team and developing new business opportunities for the company. She has a proven track record of success, and her ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships has been instrumental in driving the company's growth.

Ava is highly respected by her colleagues and employees for her leadership, hardworking attitude and commitment to customer service. With her deep understanding of the equine industry and her experience in sales, she has been able to guide Texan Saddles to new heights.

She's also a creative person, in her free time she's an artist, and loves to paint and create beautiful pieces, many of them inspired by the amazing landscapes of West Texas and the equine figures that she loves so much. She also loves to travel, and whenever she gets the chance, she visits new places, trying to find new inspiration for her art, but also to experience different cultures and cuisines.

Patrick O'Malley

Patrick O'Malley is a highly experienced and dedicated professional, with a background in logistics and supply chain management. He was born in Massachusetts and raised on the East Coast. Patrick attended college in Massachusetts and studied Logistics and Supply Chain Management. After college, he began his career in logistics working for different companies in the East Coast.

Patrick then decided to move to Texas to be with his wife, a Texan native, and start a new chapter in his life. He found an opportunity at Texan Saddles, where he became the Fulfillment Manager. In this role, he manages the process of receiving, storing and shipping inventory to customers, he's been able to improve the company's warehouse operations, and lead the team to achieve their goals.

Patrick is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. He's a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. He's well respected by his colleagues, who appreciate his leadership and positive attitude. He's also an animal lover and has two dogs, with which he enjoys spending time during his free time.

Juan Rodriguez

Juan grew up in California and attended San Diego State University where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science. After graduation, he began his career in technology, working for a number of different companies in the retail and e-commerce space before joining Texan Saddles as the Head of Technology.

Although he lives in California, he works remotely from his home office, leading the technology team and managing the company's website and online store, as well as developing and implementing technology solutions to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes. With his strong background in e-commerce, Juan has been able to make purchasing horse tack and equipment through the company's website seamless and user-friendly for customers.

He's also an active member of the community in California and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing guitar and attending technology-related events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field.
