RETURN POLICY

Exchanges/Returns:

We ask that all the items be inspected when they are delivered. Any damages that are evident need to be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to made directly with our company within five business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession- therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use.

All returns must be APPROVED!

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:

Damaged Item 

If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

DO NOT:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Return the item without receiving an RA # from Texan Saddles.com and instructions on how to do so.
  • Discard any original packaging or paperwork that came with your item. 
  • Wait longer than 5 business days of receipt of your item to contact us about an issue.

 No Fault Returns 

If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 15 days of the date you received the product. For return instructions and additional details, contact us.

  • Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund or discount the product to your satisfaction.
  • Any exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
  • **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit!
  • Many items we sell have the shipping costs incorporated into the sales price. We do not refund these bundled or other shipping costs or processing fees. 
  • **We will deduct original-bundled fulfillment costs, return shipping costs, and distributor restocking fees (up to 20%) from the refund amount on any return.

* Please note: No Fault Returns cannot be accepted on merchandise:

  • After it has been altered. 
  • If it is past 15 days of receipt of your item. 
  • If it is returned without prior notice and an RA# from Texan Saddles.com.

Order Cancellation:

Please contact us if you would like to request an order cancellation via email or in store chat. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation once the order has been received. Special item orders are items that are not readily available to ship, and may take 60-90 days or longer to fulfill. You may cancel a special order item without cancellation fee until 3 days following your placing the order. After 3 days, your card will be charged for the full purchase price to secure the order.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, or $10, whichever is greater.
