The Chifney bit that I ordered was supposed to have a 5 inch mouthpiece. Upon arrival, I measured it and it is slightly over 3 inches. I wanted this bit for an adult horse so it will not work. I immediately sent your store inquiry, to find out how they were measuring the item. I still need the bit for my stallion but so far, have had no reply. Included In my inquiry email to your store, was a photograph with a picture of the bit with a measuring tape demonstrating my measurement. I’m not sure if ordering the same bit again at 5 inches will come back incorrect yet again. please advise..

These arrived and are incredibly cheap. Everything about them screams leftover materials. I reached out for a return and haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s definitely frustrating.
Received the bib and enjoyed testing it today. Excellent addition to solving a training issue.
I ordered the 14” double T saddle thinking it would be a good extra saddle for my younger riders. It is so cheaply made, and not the fit of a standard 14” tree. It is wide in the front and tight in the back. I made a really bad choice thinking it would work for my extra saddle and Texan Saddles will not take it back, so I’m stuck with an expensive prop. I do not recommend the Double T brand saddle!

The website does not have accurate images for the products received. I purchased this product and medicine cups. These items are not what the images on the website are and they do not work together. I have tried to work with customer service with minimal success.
I was able to find the horse harness brackets that I needed at a price that I could afford, and they were shipped to me carefully packed in a nice strong box.

I received the head stall set (bridle reins and bit) and one of the buckles is backwards and upside down, it can not be moved to fix and I can not reach anyone at the company to return it. There goes $50+ down the drain. Do not buy because it will come defective and you won’t be able to reach anyone or a customer service rep.
I love this saddle! The only issue is that the stirrups are a bit too long at their shortest adjustment. I'm not fluent in horse tack, but I've had horses my entire life so I know what feels and looks right even though I don't always know what it's called. 😂 This saddle is stiff but that's expected. Needs to be broken in and softened. The quality is top notch. I'll just have to figure out how to shorten the stirrups a few inches and it will be perfect!
The balk split within the first minute of my pony playing with it. Have asked for refund but haven't heard anything yet.
