Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped, this will include a tracking number for your reference.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer free flat shipping to the United States.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping for an additional fee. We regularly ship items to Canada for example.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@texansaddles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you are ordering an item such as a saddle we cannot ship them to a P.O. Box. It requires Freight shipping and your P.O. Box will simply not accept a package of that size. Therefore we do require customers to provide a physical address for the shipping location on most orders.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All returns must be APPROVED!

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:

Damaged Item 

If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

DO NOT:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Return the item without receiving an RA # from Texan Saddles.com and instructions on how to do so.
  • Discard any original packaging or paperwork that came with your item. 
  • Wait longer than 5 business days of receipt of your item to contact us about an issue.

 No-Fault Returns 

If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 15 days of the date you received the product. For return instructions and additional details, contact us.

  • Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund, or discount the product to your satisfaction.
  • Any exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit!
  • Many items we sell have the shipping costs incorporated into the sales price. We do not refund these bundled or other shipping costs or processing fees. 
  • **We will deduct original-bundled fulfillment costs, return shipping costs, and distributor restocking fees (up to 20%) from the refund amount on any return.

* Please note: No-Fault Returns cannot be accepted on merchandise:

  • After it has been altered. 
  • If it is past 15 days of receipt of your item. 
  • If it is returned without prior notice and an RA# from Texan Saddles.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@texansaddles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
