2. Delivery Time: The vast majority of our orders are delivered within 4-5 days of the time of order. We aim to get your order to you quicker than a hiccup, but we can't always guarantee the delivery time. Delivery times are determined by the shipping method chosen and the destination of the products.
3. Shipping Methods: We use a variety of trusty carriers to deliver your order, and the one we choose depends on your shipping address and the size of your order. For saddles, which are bigger than a Texas steer, we can only ship via FedEx. For smaller orders, we typically use USPS. The carriers we primarily use are FedEx (mostly), USPS (often), and UPS (rarely).
4. Shipping Charges: We've got a flat rate shipping of $14.99 for orders $99 and below. But if you spend $100 or more, well, we'll cover the shipping for you!
5. Damage During Shipping: We care about our customers more than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before they leave our warehouse. If your shipment arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
6. International Shipping: We're happy as a tick on a fat dog to offer international shipping to basically every country in the world. Shipping anywhere in the United States costs $12.99 for USPS service and $14.99 for FedEx. You can select your preferred choice at checkout.

If you are ordering something large like a Saddle, No. Large items must ship freight and they will not be accepted for delivery at your P.O. Box and may cause delays.
Please provide a physical mailing address for orders to ensure there are no delays with delivery issues.

Warranty
On Western and English saddles there is a 5 year warranty on the Tree of the saddle. This is covered in regular use of the saddle.
For certain Roping Saddles there is an additional manufacturers warranty related to roping.
It does not cover damages due to commercial, misuse accidental, or alteration.
