1. Order Processing: Most orders are out the door faster than a prairie fire with a tail wind, usually within 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. We let our horses rest on weekends and holidays, so no orders are processed or shipped during those times.
2. Delivery Time: The vast majority of our orders are delivered within 4-5 days of the time of order. We aim to get your order to you quicker than a hiccup, but we can't always guarantee the delivery time. Delivery times are determined by the shipping method chosen and the destination of the products.
3. Shipping Methods: We use a variety of trusty carriers to deliver your order, and the one we choose depends on your shipping address and the size of your order. For saddles, which are bigger than a Texas steer, we can only ship via FedEx. For smaller orders, we typically use USPS. The carriers we primarily use are FedEx (mostly), USPS (often), and UPS (rarely).
4. Shipping Charges: We charge a flat $14.99 shipping rate for standard domestic orders under $149. Standard domestic orders of $149 or more ship free.
Limited shipping exceptions: A very small number of oversized, heavy, or truck-freight items are excluded from the standard free-shipping offer. When an item has a special shipping charge, we note it on the product page and show the shipping charge at checkout.
5. Damage During Shipping: We care about our customers more than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before they leave our warehouse. If your shipment arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
6. International Shipping: We're happy as a tick on a fat dog to offer international shipping to basically every country in the world. Warranty
On Western and English saddles there is a 5 year warranty on the Tree of the saddle. This is covered in regular use of the saddle.
For certain Roping Saddles there is an additional manufacturers warranty related to roping.
It does not cover damages due to commercial, misuse accidental, or alteration.
