Domestic Shipping Rates
Free Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer free shipping for orders over $100 to the continental United States. These orders are typically delivered in 3 business days but those times can vary due to 3rd party shipping delays from companies like FedEx and USPS. Countries outside of the United States are subject to additional charges due to variable increased costs that come along international shipping.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries outside of the United States for an additional fee. That fee will be calculated at the time of fulfillment of your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@texansaddles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can track your shipment status from the FedEx tracking number that was provided you via email.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately we do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes because the vast majority of our orders are too large and they simply will not be delivered. We ask that you provide a physical address for your order to ensure timely delivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@texansaddles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges/Returns:
We ask that all the items be inspected when they are delivered. Any damages that are evident need to be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to made directly with our company within five business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession- therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use.
All returns must be APPROVED!
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:
Damaged Item –
If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
DO NOT:
- Contact the manufacturer directly.
- Return the item without receiving an RA # from Texan Saddles.com and instructions on how to do so.
- Discard any original packaging or paperwork that came with your item.
- Wait longer than 5 business days of receipt of your item to contact us about an issue.
No Fault Returns –
If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 30 days of the date you received the product. For return instructions and additional details, contact us.
- Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund or discount the product to your satisfaction.
- Any exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
- **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit!
- Many items we sell have the shipping costs incorporated into the sales price. We do not refund these bundled or other shipping costs or processing fees.
- **We will deduct original-bundled fulfillment costs, return shipping costs, and distributor restocking fees (up to 20%) from the refund amount on any return.

You may cancel a special order item without cancellation fee until 3 days following your placing the order. After 3 days, your card will be charged for the full purchase price to secure the order.

Shipping anywhere in the United States costs $12.99 for USPS service and $14.99 for FedEx. You can select your preferred choice at checkout.

If you are ordering something large like a Saddle, No. Large items must ship freight and they will not be accepted for delivery at your P.O. Box and may cause delays.

Warranty
On Western and English saddles there is a 5 year warranty on the Tree of the saddle. This is covered in regular use of the saddle.
For certain Roping Saddles there is an additional manufacturers warranty related to roping.
It does not cover damages due to commercial, misuse accidental, or alteration.
