I’m in Connecticut and we had a cold snap and I have Saddlebreds and the bakers seems to fit them the absolute best! However I couldn’t find the sizes I needed in such a short notice so I went on this massive google search, and came across Texan Saddles! All I can say is wow! Your company had the size got them to me in such a short time frame and our babies were nice and warm just in time for the cold weather! This collar is perfect for my MFT mare when trail riding. It's not a big heavy thing but keeps saddle on and gives her freedom of movement. The basket stamp matches my saddle very well.
I love that there is several ways to adjust this halter to help it fit the horse better. It fits my 9 month old friesian perfect and will fit him for a while.
I have 2 of these. The large size fits my large Dutch wb mare. These are much lighter in weight than other muzzles and I like that the hole on the bottom is bigger and shaped in a rectangular shape. I also like the bigger holes in the front for the horses' Nostrils so they can breathe easier
Customer service is pretty good through email. its a different email than what's on there website though. My set came very quick. I don't know about the quality or anything yet but so far they've been great
I placed an order two weeks ago and got a confirmation email with a track shipping link. Every time I click on the link it says I will be notified when the item has shipped. I have tried to contact customer service by text and email per their instructions and I get no response. They do not appear to have an option for calling them. If I do not hear anything soon I will have to put a stop payment on the order. So far this company gets a D- from me and it will soon be F.

If you are ordering something large like a Saddle, No. Large items must ship freight and they will not be accepted for delivery at your P.O. Box and may cause delays.
Please provide a physical mailing address for orders to ensure there are no delays with delivery issues.

Warranty
On Western and English saddles there is a 5 year warranty on the Tree of the saddle. This is covered in regular use of the saddle.
For certain Roping Saddles there is an additional manufacturers warranty related to roping.
It does not cover damages due to commercial, misuse accidental, or alteration.
